Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Provide technical support according to training needs
Responsible for creating, reviewing, and improving training designs together with the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Ensure that training preparations are carried out well and efficiently.
Develop the technology necessary to organize and deliver training.
Ensure that training is carried out according to the specified schedule.
Ready to travel to various company business areas.
Measure the impact of learning and prepare evaluation reports to assess the effectiveness of training.

Kualifikasi

Candidate must own at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
Having 1-5 years experience as an Expertise in one of these areas: Distribution/Engineering/Manufacturing/Sales and willing explore to a new role as a trainer.
Having the ability to deliver interesting and effective training material.
Experienced in developing training modules.
Willing to be placed in Cakung, East Jakarta
