- Identify skill development needs through role and business understanding, designing personalized and continuous learning interventions to address diverse skill requirements.
- Develop effective and efficient learning programs, including syllabus and methodologies, based on thorough learning needs analysis to ensure targeted skill objectives are met.
- Propose tailored learning designs and programs to relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader program goals and objectives through effective management and execution.
- Facilitate learning sessions for specific employee levels and topics, contributing to efficient and successful learning outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution of learning programs.
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation in Arya Noble Business School’s processes and systems, refining approaches for enhanced results.
- Analyze, monitor, and evaluate current learning programs, collaborating closely with stakeholders to optimize processes, address issues, and enhance effectiveness.
- Oversee the implementation of all learning programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with program objectives while managing the budget efficiently.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Learning and Management Systems and Human Behavioral Science.
- Skills in Project Management, Learning Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, and Training Delivery.
