- Support the analysis of learning needs based on role and business understanding, and develop learning interventions (personalized and continuous learning) to meet diverse requirements.
- Create learning modules that include manuals, materials, and a learning timeline based on learning needs analysis to ensure the objective for the specific skill is achieved.
- Develop other learning products (example: bite-sized learning, short video learning) in accordance with current trends to support learning Strategy culture activation.
- Proposed learning program, both personalized & continuous learning to the relevant stakeholders, and the implementation of the learning program aligns with the objective through effective management and execution.
- Act as a facilitator to deliver the learning materials for certain employee levels and topics, to support efficiency and achievement of learning objectives.
- Maintain good relations and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve the operational objectives of the learning program.
- Execute the implementation of all learning programs that are delivered on time, aligned with
- the ultimate program and objective, and ensure that the company's budget is used effectively and efficiently.
- Process all administrative and payment needed in the implementation of the learning program to maintain operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
- 1 - 2 Years in Learning & Development; Fresh Graduates are Welcomed.
- Good Knowledge of training and experience as a trainer
