Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Identify learning needs based on performance reviews, manager feedback, and company strategy.
- Develop and maintain annual training plans.
Program Design & Implementation
- Design curriculum, training materials, and learning methods (offline, online, blended learning).
- Organize training schedules, facilitators, and participants.
- Manage external vendors when necessary.
Employee Development
- Develop onboarding programs for new hires.
- Create career development, leadership training, and management trainee programs.
Evaluation & Monitoring
- Assess training effectiveness using models such as Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels.
- Provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Knowledge Management
- Manage company Learning Management System (LMS) or other learning platforms.
- Create engaging learning content (e-learning modules, videos, guides).
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with department heads to support team development.
- Provide insights for talent development and succession planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- Work experience requirements:2–4 years in L&D.
- Strong understanding of the training cycle (TNA → Design → Delivery → Evaluation).
- Experience in managing training budgets and external vendors.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create interactive training materials.
- Strong analytical skills to measure training ROI.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
