Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Support daily training of baristas & other operational teams including arranging the allocation of trainers or facilitators.
Design & Execute Future Learning & Development System, starting from learning need analysis, curriculum & syllabus, learning modules & materials to learning evaluations.

Kualifikasi

Minimum D3 All Major
5 years of experience in Operations or Learning & Development area in F&B Industry
Have at least 2 years Experience as Assistant Manager or Learning & Development Manager in F&B Industry
Familiarity with full-cycle training process using various analysis techniques and evaluation methods
Proven of drive-in managing team and agile with working cultures including keen to learn of business acumen and business process
