Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute Learning & Development strategy aligned with business needs.
- Manage large-scale onboarding and refresher training programs for drivers.
- Ensure training covers service excellence, safety driving, SOP compliance, and product knowledge.
- Design and deliver development programs for internal employees and operational teams.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and monitor training effectiveness.
- Lead and manage training team and field trainers.
- Ensure training standardization and quality across locations.
- Collaborate with Operations and HR to support business expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Management.
- Proven experience in the same or similar industry (ride-hailing, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or mass service operations).
- Strong experience handling mass training programs.
- Experience leading a training team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
