- Research new trends and learning development.
- Develop content to achieve learning program objectives.
- Manage and execute learning programs to align with goals.
- Maintain relationships and collaborate with internal and external parties for program success.
- Create and analyze reports on learning activities for improvement.
- Handle administrative needs for learning programs to ensure operational excellence.
- Apply self-leadership and foster cooperation between teams and departments.
- Implement corporate cultural values to create a supportive work environment.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Final year in Psychology, Management, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Learning & Development preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Learning and Development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Skilled in learning delivery and material development.
