Job Description

  • Define and drive the overall product strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure product initiatives align with the company's vision.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative product development culture.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with customer needs and market trends.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launches.
  • Foster strong communication channels between different departments.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to release.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Manage products for both B2B SaaS and B2C applications, understanding the unique needs of each segment.
  • Develop strategies to optimize user experience for diverse customer bases.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to gather customer feedback and insights.
  • Use customer data to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
  • Utilize data analytics to track key product metrics, monitor user behavior, and measure feature success.
  • Make informed decisions based on data analysis and user feedback.


  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably Business, IT, or related majors
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS and B2C applications
  • Having experience with any project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Linear, Productboard, etc.)
  • Having experience with any data analytics platform is preferred (CleverTap, Metabase, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Knowledge of agile and Kanban development methodologies.
