Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop guidelines and establish benchmarks for all app features within the Astro platform.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Product teams to enhance app tracking and feature implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Growth team, including Campaign and Creative departments, to optimize campaign processes.
  • Oversee the creation of offline campaign trackers and a centralized campaign platform for budget and activity monitoring.
  • Manage project trackers for data requests.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for data and dashboard projects within the Business team.
  • Assist in project prioritization to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably majoring in Business/Economics/Industrial Engineering/Computer Engineering.
  • 5+ years working experience in business analysis and process improvement related field
  • Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
  • Enjoy working with numbers
  • Strong and enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset and also a can-do attitude
  • Basic/Intermediate data analysis skills using Excel or Google Spreadsheet
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus point
