Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities to support business growth.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Lead partnership negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract execution.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and evaluate partnership feasibility.
- Assess partnership risks and ensure compliance with legal and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful partnership implementation.
- Monitor partnership performance and prepare business reports for management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members while supporting departmental strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnership, or Account Management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
- Good understanding of partnership agreements and business compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and project management skills.
