About the Role
We are building livestream shopping into a core revenue channel, not a side experiment. This role exists to turn live sessions into a repeatable, high-conversion engine through strong hosts, sharp content, and disciplined operations. If you enjoy owning outcomes end-to-end and moving fast with high standards, this role will stretch you.
What You’ll Own
- Livestream Channel Performance Own sales conversion, engagement, and ROI across all livestream sessions, from planning to post-live analysis.
- Host Team Management Recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage hosts to consistently deliver high-energy, high-conversion live sessions.
- Content & Show Execution Design live formats, scripts, pacing, and interaction flows that convert viewers into buyers.
- Studio & Production Operations Ensure studio readiness, technical quality, asset maintenance, and smooth execution for every session.
- Data & Cross-Team Alignment Work closely with marketing and business teams to align live content with promotions, launches, and campaigns, using data to guide decisions.
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
- Livestream sales conversion rate increases by 20–30% versus the current baseline.
- Average live engagement (comments, likes, interactions) grows by 30% with consistent session quality.
- Clear SOPs for hosts, studio, and live execution are in place and followed.
- Host performance is measurable, with top performers scaled and underperformers decisively managed.
- Livestream ROI improves month-over-month through tighter planning and faster iteration.

You’re a Fit If
- You have led livestream or live-commerce operations in a fast-moving e-commerce or consumer business.
- You are comfortable managing on-camera talent and giving direct, actionable feedback.
- You are data-driven but not blind to creative judgment and customer psychology.
- You move fast, care about details, and take ownership when results fall short.
- You have built systems, not just executed tasks.

This is a Team Lead / Strategic Ownership role. You will manage hosts directly, own livestream operations end-to-end, and work cross-functionally with marketing and business teams.
