Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Designing and developing robust features in Astro’s native iOS applications
  • Resolve reproducible defects in a timely manner
  • Building reusable components and iOS libraries for future use
  • Maintaining, monitoring, and improving the quality of every feature you owned
  • Working closely with Head / Manager and reporting to them daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Driving technical direction and leadership in a fast-paced and data-driven environment
  • Translating product requirements into technical actionable steps
  • Prioritizing and creating a timeline together with Head, Manager, and Product team
  • Facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives for the team
  • Providing coaching and establishing processes for the team
  • Taking responsibility for the entire life cycle of your product: development, test, production, and subsequent fixes and improvements

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an iOS engineer
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Technical Lead
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in using Swift/Objective-C
  • Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle such as SCRUM, Kanban, etc.
  • Experienced working with iOS frameworks (UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable with popular iOS app architecture (MVVM, VIPER, etc.)
  • Experienced with modularized, clean, and testable iOS architecture
  • Experienced in software development lifecycle best practices
  • Able to do performance benchmarking and monitoring
  • A curious mind who always proactively seeks feedback and broader perspectives
