Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Designing and developing robust features in Astro’s native iOS applications
- Resolve reproducible defects in a timely manner
- Building reusable components and iOS libraries for future use
- Maintaining, monitoring, and improving the quality of every feature you owned
- Working closely with Head / Manager and reporting to them daily, weekly, and monthly
- Driving technical direction and leadership in a fast-paced and data-driven environment
- Translating product requirements into technical actionable steps
- Prioritizing and creating a timeline together with Head, Manager, and Product team
- Facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives for the team
- Providing coaching and establishing processes for the team
- Taking responsibility for the entire life cycle of your product: development, test, production, and subsequent fixes and improvements
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an iOS engineer
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Technical Lead
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in using Swift/Objective-C
- Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle such as SCRUM, Kanban, etc.
- Experienced working with iOS frameworks (UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.)
- Knowledgeable with popular iOS app architecture (MVVM, VIPER, etc.)
- Experienced with modularized, clean, and testable iOS architecture
- Experienced in software development lifecycle best practices
- Able to do performance benchmarking and monitoring
- A curious mind who always proactively seeks feedback and broader perspectives
