About the Role
You’ll own the very top of our sales funnel for Dealls and KantorKu. As Lead Generation Specialist, your responsibility is to consistently deliver high-quality, ICP-fit leads to the SDR team — so sales can focus on conversations, not hunting.
This is a system-building role. You’ll research channels, source and enrich leads, and continuously improve lead quality and volume using data.
What You’ll Do
- Source and build lead lists from multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, communities, events, referrals).
- Tag and score leads before handing them to SDRs.
- Maintain clean, structured lead data in CRM.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in lead generation, growth, or sales ops roles.
- Strong research and data hygiene skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM, and prospecting tools.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and consistent in execution.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
Bonus Points
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and similar tools.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or HR tech markets.
- Basic understanding of outbound funnels and conversion metrics.
