- Lead and manage engineering projects from start to finish, making sure everything is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
- Guide and support the engineering team while organizing tasks and building a strong, collaborative work environment.
- Review project requirements, prepare reports, and work closely with clients and teams to keep everything on track.
- Help solve technical issues, improve code quality, and make sure best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Monitor systems regularly, check for security issues, and make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Test websites across browsers, fix problems quickly, and update software as needed to keep things reliable and secure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a software or engineering role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with the ability to think critically, multitask, and make rational decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in programming languages such as PHP, Java, and Python, with experience in frameworks like Laravel and familiarity with version control tools and databases.
- In-depth knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, software development methods, and awareness of the latest technologies and best practices.
- Willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement in Jakarta.
