Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Oversees the day-today operation of medical facilities within Java region clinics; regularly travel to clinic locations under their supervision for direct monitoring
Develop plans, organize the manpower (staff resource utilization, hiring, & training), prepare infrastructure and supporting facilities to support operations of medical service
Supervise the implementation of SOPs to ensure optimal and efficient processes within Java operation
Manage and maintain good relationships with customers, communities, corporations, relevant government agencies (e.g. Dinkes, BPJS, Bapeten, etc.) and partner healthcare providers within Java region

Kualifikasi

Medical Doctor bachelor degree
Certified: ATLS/ACLS, Hiperkes
Experience in managing large group MCU services on client site is required
Good understanding of clinic/hospital operations & business
Strong knowledge in healthcare regulations related to clinic/hospital operation and accreditation
Must be a skilled communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various professionals
