Lead 3D Generalist Artist

• Creative Leadership: Lead the 3D motion & generalist team, guiding and mentoring junior motion artists to ensure high-quality outputs and continuous skill development.
• Develop high-quality 3D Motion and assets including models, textures, rigs, animations, and renders for a variety of projects such as commercials, films, and digital media.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other creative team members to conceptualize and visualize innovative ideas for projects.
• Oversee and contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the 3D production pipeline to ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Technical Problem-Solving by Identify and resolve technical challenges in the 3D production process, providing creative solutions to meet project requirements.
• Expertly use industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Marvelous Designer. Unreal engine is a plus
• Storyboarding and Previsualization: Create detailed storyboards and previsualizations to illustrate the flow and structure of 3D animations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks on all 3D assets and animations to ensure they meet the project's vision and the company's high standards.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, incorporate feedback, and deliver exceptional visual content.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D animation and motion graphics to keep the studio at the forefront of the industry.
• Feedback Integration: Implement feedback from directors, producers, and clients to refine and enhance the final output.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of processes, assets, and project details to ensure smooth project handovers and consistency.
