Job Descriptions:
- Initiate an implementation schedule to lead the movement of equipment delivered to site and set installation based on layout design
- Align with asset management team for asset shipping schedule and manpower management
- Report any issue related site implementation and propose the solution to related team
- Create a checklist of equipment and assets with related parties to deliver a clear handover.
- Coordinate with 3rd parties / landlord related and internal team related to environment (RT/RW/Ormas) to get a clear information before start renovation
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Have a minimum SMA degree.
- Minimum 1 year of working in the same role.
- Familiar with retail store flow, expert with Microsoft Excel and have good coordination and negotiation skills.
