Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the KOL Specialist team in translating business objectives into KOL strategist aligned with both client goals and company KPIs
- Guide the team in designing and executing influencer marketing strategies that are effective, data-informed, and performance-driven
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the KOL team in managing content, timelines, and campaign deliverables
- Oversee team efforts in monitoring content performance, making strategic adjustment based on insights and analytics
- Ensure each team member upholds high standards of accountability, communication, and initiative.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or digital strategy roles within an agency or brand
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing, mentoring, and growing a high-performance team
- Solid experience in project and task management using tools such as Asana – ownership is a must, not a reminder
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with ability to represent the company with clients and partners
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and respond to campaign performance metrics
- A team player who's proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented – no passing the ball
