Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Conceptualize and manage demand driving strategy, executive, and creating events involving KOLs across beauty.
• Analyzing, collaborating, and maintaining relationships with KOL in accordance with the campaign and brand values, as well as with other potential KOL.
• Propose and directing a brief campaign together with KOL and the team to enhance brand visibility on social media in line with the campaign and brand voice.
• Construct end-to-end key influencer campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives, and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related field is essential.
• Proven min. 1 year of working experience in KOL Specialist or similar role, especially in beauty industry.
• Experience in handling a broad range of talents, especially in beauty industry.
• Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problem-solving.
• Enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.
• Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brainstorming.
• Have a good communication skill, out of the box, and able to work in a fast paced company.
• Have a huge database of KOL.
• Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, full on-site working (WFO).
• Able to join ASAP.

In October 2011, as an answer to consumers needs, Akasha International started to produce mineral drinking water using its own trademarks, Vica Royal.
b) BEAUTY CARE : In 2010 Akasha International expanded our business scope to the cosmetics business by acquiring a company engaged in the production of hair care products under the brand Makarizo.
Akasha International believes through People, System, Technology and Capital is able to craft our vision. As those four we call as an operational excellent platform. Each platform attempts to achieve world-class capabilities led by committed and obsessed leaderships supported by state-of-the-art yet practical technology and purposed-built processes. Akasha International is investing quite heavily relative to our size today and needs in scalable core capability platforms in order to support future’s acquisition and growth opportunities.
In the past five years, Akasha International has made one acquisition a year and intends to keep this acquisition pace going forwards. Currently, the Company employs +2,000 employees across Indonesia.
