Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, train, and manage local freelancers, including assigning and following up on daily tasks.
2. Identify and maintain relationships with local Indonesian influencers and build an influencer database.
3. Manage influencer outreach, parnership communication, rate negotiations, and relationship management.
4. Follow up on influencer campaigns, including content production, review, publication, and payment settlement.
5. Collect and analyze influencer content performance data to continuously optimize campaign results.
6. Maintain effective communication with the China-based team and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
1. Strong understanding of Indonesian culture and the local social media landscape.
2. Good communication skills in either Chinese or English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the
China-based team.
3. Enjoys working with people and has strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
4. Familiarity with major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
5. Strong execution, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
6. Experience in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC operations, MCN agencies, or freelancer management is preferred.
7. Existing connections with Indonesian influencers, MCN agencies, or local recruitment channels are preferred.
