- Manage communication and build relationship with media, KOL, and third party agencies for join collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
- Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
- Reach out and build KOL network for certain/various categories.
- Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL for requirement, timeline, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Set up an activity timeline with team leader, and work based on it.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Min. 1 year of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, preferably in beauty or skincare brands
- Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital culture
- Familiar with social media platforms and their algorithm/engagement dynamics
- Strong communication & negotiation
- Able to manage budget and create content briefing
