  • Develop a comprehensive database of potential KOLs within the diabetes community.
  • Initiate and cultivate relationships with identified KOLs through various channels, including social media, conferences, and professional networking events.
  • Arrange meetings and discussions to introduce our brand and products, highlighting their benefits and efficacy.
  • Collaborate with KOLs to develop educational content, such as blog posts, articles, webinars, and videos, focusing on diabetes management and the role of supplements.
  • Facilitate speaking engagements, interviews, and panel discussions featuring KOLs to promote our brand and products.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to KOLs to ensure their advocacy for our brand remains informed and authentic.
  • Contribute to the development of KOL engagement strategies and tactics to maximize brand exposure and credibility within the diabetes community.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging research in diabetes management to inform KOL engagement strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of KOL interactions, including communication history, feedback, and collaborations.
  • Prepare regular reports on KOL engagement metrics, including reach, engagement, and impact on brand awareness and sales.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key opinion leader engagement within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in diabetes management or related therapeutic areas.
  • Strong understanding of diabetes management, including current treatment approaches, emerging trends, and patient needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence healthcare professionals and thought leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute KOL engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software for tracking KOL interactions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and events.
