Currently, We’re looking for a KOL Retention Specialist, with a job detail:
What You’ll Do:
- Support Level 0 / new KOLs from onboarding through their early growth phase on TikTok Go
- Deliver basic training and guidance on content quality, consistency, and TikTok Go best practices
- (e.g. how to create good-quality videos, follow campaign briefs, and improve performance)
- Ensure new KOLs actively join beginner-level campaigns and understand campaign mechanics
- Monitor KOL activity, performance, and engagement during the 6-month binding period
- Identify early drop-off risks and take proactive actions to retain KOLs long-term
- Manage renewal and re-binding processes after the initial 6-month contract period
- Act as the main point of contact for new KOLs, providing ongoing support and motivation
- Work closely with Acquisition, Admin, Campaign, and Operations teams to ensure smooth KOL journeys
- Design and execute retention programs, including online/offline events, community sessions, or training workshops
- Gather feedback from KOLs and provide insights to improve training, campaigns, and retention strategies
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or agency environment.
- Experience or strong interest in KOL/influencer management, talent relations, or community management.
- Familiar with TikTok ecosystem, content creation, and campaign execution (TikTok Go is a plus).
- Strong communication and mentoring skills to guide and support new KOLs.
- Able to monitor performance, engagement, and identify early retention risks.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to support engagement and retention initiatives.
