Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and implement creative content strategies and briefs that leverage social media trends to boost brand engagement and communicate key messaging.
Optimize video marketing by aligning with brand tone, conducting market analysis, and syncing content with key timelines, such as product launches and campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers across all tiers to enhance brand visibility and drive impressions.
Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from strategy development to execution and performance analysis.
Collaborate with influencers to create trend-driven content that resonates with audiences and drives traffic.
Monitor campaign performance using key metrics to optimize future initiatives and stay updated on platform trends and industry shifts.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Business, Digital Marketing or related fields). With relevant experience, as KOL Strategist, Brand Marketing, and Digital Marketing, or relevant position for at least 2-3 year in a relevant industry.
Experience working with popular Influencer marketing networks with good communication, time management, and negotiation skills, and also an interest in Beauty and Skin Care Industry.
A deep understanding of social media platform (especially TikTok) algorithms, features, and trends.
Good taste for video quality and ability to share creative ideas.
Ability to give insights on market, user, and product; ability to do video data analysis and result target-oriented.
Skill software; Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Social Media Insight (Instagram & TikTok)
