KOL Manager/Influencer Outreach
Be a part of the Eklipse team where we incorporate the latest in AI technology to create gaming highlights and convert them to social-ready clips for streamers of all sizes! We’re looking for someone who is very detail-oriented, can complete tasks as assigned, and wants to be a part of something new, innovative, and exciting within the tech industry. We’d love to work with streamers/creators themselves who are just as motivated as our team!
Objectives:
- Work with our marketing and influencer outreach teams to drive and acquire new users to Eklipse.
- Able to meet and exceed weekly & and monthly OKRs (objectives & and key objectives) assigned to you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must be fluent in English. Have excellent verbal and written skills (English).
- The position would focus on influencer outreach, building relationships with users, and talking with streamers, companies, and creators of all sizes.
- Need to be very detail-oriented, and able to finish tasks on time. Work well in a team during weekly meetings and as needed.
- Self-motivated, able to finish tasks on time, takes responsibility for their work, and can be flexible in responding to other team members due to being an international team.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- A bachelor's Degree in Communication/Advertisement is preferable.
- Min. 2-3 years experience as KOL/Community Manager.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of KOL partnerships, and determine the takeaways and learnings from it
- Help evaluate the performance of KOLs daily, weekly, and monthly by looking at OKR and ROI.
- Creative thinking to develop unique and engaging collaborations with KOLs.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Have KOL databases (micro, mid-tier, macro & mega) and have a good relationship with KOLs/Streamers.
- Knowledge of web-based applications, social media, and other media.
- Enthusiast about the game and streaming industry, and have good communication/negotiation skills.
