Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Conduct sourcing, research, and identification of KOL across multiple digital platforms, staying updated on trends to build a relevant KOL network aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Develop and maintain databases and strong relationships with third-party agencies, as well as influencers to ensure KOL availability for campaigns.
- Analyze campaign needs to recommend the most suitable KOL for achieving marketing objectives and target audiences effectively.
- Negotiate and manage KOL costs, terms, and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop strategies to build, grow, and sustain brand communities that foster meaningful connections and support marketing and campaign objectives.
- Design and implement community activities that promote interaction, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, while aligning with brand values to boost member engagement.
- Collaborate and coordinate KOL implementation with business unit teams, agencies, KOL, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Track, record, and analyze community activities, including participation, engagement, and feedback, to generate insights for future improvements.
- Manage daily community interactions as group admin, handling member inquiries and moderating discussions to foster a positive and engaging environment.
- Manage the execution of KOL activities to ensure alignment with campaign briefs and guidelines, evaluate performance against objectives and investment, and generate actionable insights to optimize future KOL initiatives.
- Oversee administrative processes for KOL and community activities to ensure operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
Does this match your criteria?
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing Communication, or related field
- 3 - 4 years of experience in KOL Management, preferably in the beauty industry
- Having experience handling several projects at once.
