Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and analyze KOLs/influencers and potential partnerships to propose relevant candidates based on marketing objectives or campaign needs.
- Provide all necessary materials for KOL/influencer and partnership collaborations to achieve campaign objectives and goals.
- Coordinate and communicate with the brand & product management team and other related functions to manage the implementation of KOL and partnership strategies for marketing purposes.
- Maintain good relationships and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
- Analyze KOL performance and develop monthly reports to measure the effectiveness of partnerships and KOL programs.
- Manage and monitor all partnership and KOL programs, ensuring they are executed well, delivered on time, and tracked post-launch for brand progress.
- Handle all administrative needs for partnership, KOL, and management activities to maintain operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in KOL Management, Brand & Product Marketing; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Skills in Copywriting, Digital Marketing, Microsoft Office, and Project Management.
