As A KOL Lead, You Will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive KOL marketing strategies aligned with brand direction and campaign goals.
- Identify, recruit, and map KOLs (Mega, Macro, Micro, Nano) according to target audience, establishing long-term partnerships to maximize brand engagement.
- Manage end-to-end KOL campaigns, including planning, execution, budget allocation, negotiation with talent agencies or KOLs, and ensuring campaign output aligns with brand tone and content strategy.
- Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI), providing actionable insights and detailed reporting.
- Oversee contracts, deliverables, and payment processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with social media, content, and creative teams to optimize KOL initiatives and maintain consistent brand storytelling.
- Lead and mentor the KOL team, fostering collaboration, skill development, and high performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing KOL or influencer marketing campaigns, with proven leadership experience.
- Established network and relationships within the KOL and influencer industry, particularly in beauty or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing campaign strategies, including setting and tracking KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer management tools.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to dynamic trends.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
