Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage the KOL team (Specialists & Coordinators) to ensure achievement of campaign and business targets
- Develop and execute KOL strategies across the full marketing funnel (awareness to conversion)
- Identify, approach, and manage partnerships with macro, mega, and celebrity influencers
- Ensure all KOL campaigns are aligned with business objectives and contribute to sales and revenue growth
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Prepare and present performance reports to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Creative, and Sales for campaign planning and execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and external partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in KOL / Influencer Marketing (Preferably in beauty industry)
- Proven experience managing a team with at least 2–3 direct reports
- Strong experience working with macro, mega, or celebrity influencers
- Demonstrated track record of executing campaigns that drive measurable business results (e.g., sales, conversion)
- Hands-on experience with digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (experience with TikTok Shop is preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and optimize key metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPE, conversion rate)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience handling influencers and agencies directly
