Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and reach out to potential KOLs/influencers for brand collaboration (micro-influencers, loyal customers, etc.).
- Communicate and coordinate directly with influencers to ensure smooth collaboration aligned with the brand’s tone and values.
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs, collaboration agreements, and product handovers.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team in-office to align content strategy and campaign needs.
- Help monitor and organize influencer content (photos/videos), scheduling, and deliverables.
- Assist in documenting performance and compiling reports on influencer campaigns.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with KOLs for future collaborations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer outreach, brand communication, or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work offline at the office (on-site).
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about digital content, branding, and current social media trends.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
