Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and select suitable KOLs / KOCs / content creators for brand collaborations.
- Provide creative direction, content ideas, and script structure for influencer content.
- Review influencer content drafts and provide feedback to ensure quality and alignment with brand messaging.
- Follow up on the content production process to ensure the final output meets brand standards.
- Research TikTok / Instagram content trends and explore creative formats that fit the brand.
- Analyze high-performing influencer content and summarize viral content patterns and audience feedback.
- Collaborate with the team on content ideation and campaign brainstorming.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in related majors
- Comfortable working in English
- Must have experience working with paid influencers (paid KOL collaborations, preferably mid-tier or macro influencers (non-nano creators))
- Must have experience in the skincare industry
- Familiar with TikTok / Instagram / short-form video content ecosystems.
- Strong sensitivity to social media trends and the ability to identify engaging content.
- Basic ability in content ideation and script structuring.
- Previous experience in content marketing, social media, or influencer marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both creators and internal teams.
