Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Research and identify suitable KOLs across various digital platforms to recommend and select the best fit for each campaign.
- Update and communicate clear guidelines to KOLs and community members to maintain brand integrity and support collaboration, while also creating tailored content briefs that align with campaign goals.
- Develop activity plans to increase engagement within the brand community, using insights from past evaluations, competitive benchmarking, or current trends.
- Negotiate fees and monitor terms and conditions to ensure fair and beneficial KOL agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support business and operational objectives.
- Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day communication with KOLs and community members to effectively execute campaigns in line with the brand’s strategy.
- Ensure that all community activities involving brand promotion follow the established guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate KOL performance, compiling reports to support campaign assessment and future improvements.
- Ensure all KOL and community executions are in line with plans and strategies, while overseeing administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in KOL or Community Management.
- Solid understanding of social media marketing.
- Proficient in content planning, relationship management, and project management.
