Bonvie Haircare is looking for an KOL Specialist to join our team!

Location: Jakarta Pusat, ID | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage affiliate campaigns end-to-end to achieve GMV targets, from strategy, affiliate selection, briefing, execution, to post-campaign evaluation.
Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners/creators across platforms (TikTok, marketplaces, social media) to drive sales performance.
Build and maintain tracking systems to monitor affiliate activities, content performance, timelines, and GMV contribution.
Define campaign KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies to increase conversion and GMV.
Manage relationships with affiliates and creators, including outreach, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on affiliate performance, campaign results, and GMV achievement.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social media, and e-commerce) to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with sales targets.
Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging affiliate strategies to maximize campaign impact and revenue.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/influencer marketing, or digital campaign management.
Proven experience managing affiliate or creator-driven campaigns and driving GMV growth.
Familiar with affiliate ecosystems such as TikTok Affiliate, marketplace affiliate programs, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategy, conversion funnel, and performance metrics (GMV, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate).
Comfortable managing campaign budgets, forecasting results, and measuring ROI.
Experienced in building tracking systems and dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with affiliates, creators, or partners.
Highly organized, analytical, proactive, and up to date with digital trends and social media platforms.
