Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintaining relationships with KOLs/influencers
- Identify, engage, and arrange meetings with KOLs to ensure successful campaign execution
- Analyze and manage the performance of the KOL network to create engaging social media content
- Negotiate with influencers and foster strong relation
- Mapping and contact KOLs
Kualifikasi
- Female
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in any field
- Have at least 6 month - 1 year experience in agency
- Solid understanding of social media channels and relationship-building with KOLs, media, and third-party agencies
- Ability to identify suitable KOLs that align with brand criteria and requirements
- Strong negotiation, teamwork, initiative, and strategic thinking skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with fluency in English being essential
