Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Manage end-to-end KOL and affiliate coordination, from onboarding to post-collaboration follow-ups
  • Conduct daily KOL listing and profiling based on campaign needs and brand relevance
  • Proactively reach out to KOLs and maintain ongoing communication to build long-term relationships
  • Handle KOL collaborations for both paid and unpaid partnerships, including negotiation, briefing, and execution
  • Coordinate KOL package preparation, production, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL/Influencer Management, Social Media, or Digital Marketing (experience in FMCG/beauty/health industry is a plus).
  3. Strong understanding of KOL marketing strategies and ability to select KOLs aligned with target audience and brand positioning.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with KOLs.
  5. Strong negotiation skills regarding rate cards, scope of work, and deliverable expectations.
  6. Skilled in planning, coordinating, and managing projects end-to-end.
  7. Ability to analyze data to evaluate KOL performance and campaign ROI.
  8. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  9. Able to manage and regularly update a structured KOL database.
  10. Familiar with social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Social Blade, or similar tools).
  11. Required to work from the office (WFO) 4 times per month.
