1. Execute sourcing, research, and identification of KOL across multiple digital platforms, staying updated on trends to build a relevant KOL network aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
2. Manage and regularly update KOL, affiliate, and agency databases, including profiles, performance data, availability, and campaign history.
3. Analyze campaign needs to recommend the most suitable KOL for achieving marketing objectives and target audiences effectively.
4. Support in managing and negotiating KOL costs, terms, and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
5. Implement community engagement activities such as content posting, moderation, event coordination, and member interaction in line with brand guidelines.
6. Coordinate community activities that promote interaction, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, while aligning with brand values to boost member engagement.
7. Collaborate and coordinate KOL implementation with business unit teams, agencies, KOL, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
8. Manage and regularly update KOL, affiliate, and agency databases, including profiles, performance data, availability, and campaign history.
9. Manage the execution of KOL and affiliate onboarding processes, including briefing, content alignment, contract administration, deliverable tracking, and payment coordination according to approved terms and budgets.
10. Manage the execution of KOL activities to ensure alignment with campaign briefs and guidelines, evaluate performance against objectives and investment, and generate actionable insights to optimize future KOL initiatives.
11. Manage daily community interactions in social media, handling member inquiries and moderating discussions to foster a positive and engaging environment.
12. Oversee administrative processes for KOL and community activities to ensure operational excellence.
