Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Develop and implement KOL & community strategies to support brand goals and product launches.
- Build and manage strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, agencies, and beauty communities.
- Plan and execute campaigns, events, and community programs to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor trends, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data and feedback.
- Ensure KOL content and collaborations align with company values, brand image, and budget efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to achieve marketing objectives and foster collaboration.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor Degree in Public Relation, Communication, Management, or related field
- 4 - 5 years in KOL Management/Digital PR field ; 2 Years in Managerial Level will be plus point.
- Good Knowledge about managing KOL and public image.
- Having a broad network wil be a plus point.
