Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying and researching relevant KOLs, micro-influencers, and tastemakers
Support outreach efforts: DM/email KOLs, schedule follow-ups, and maintain contact lists
Help coordinate product seeding, content deadlines, and basic deliverable tracking
Assist with organizing campaign documents and maintaining databases
Monitor social media for tagged content and compile screenshots for campaign reporting
Help with KOL event logistics and community activation initiatives (offline or online)
Stay updated with current trends in social media, TikTok, and Instagram content
Support daily administrative and creative tasks as needed by the team

Kualifikasi

Final year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields
Prior internship or project experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community engagement is a plus
Good communication skills (written and verbal), especially in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
Detail-oriented and highly organized, especially when handling data or tracking deliverables
Able to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Excel, and/or project management tools (Notion, Trello, etc.)
Passionate about influencer culture and social media trends
Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn
Comfortable with administrative and coordination tasks
