As a KOL Admin, you will:
- Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including product seeding, scheduling, and delivery logistics
- Maintain organized records of contracts, deliverables, rates, and payments for KOL collaborations
- Monitor and track KOL activities, ensuring timely updates and supporting weekly/monthly reporting on content, engagement, and campaign costs
- Handle administrative tasks for the KOL team, including preparing agreements, MoUs, invoices, POs, and processing payments
- Create and update KOL databases to ensure accurate tracking of contracts, performance, and campaign results
- Assist in managing communication and coordination with KOL
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience handling administrative tasks related to KOLs, including agreements, payments, and MoUs
- Prior experience or strong interest in the beauty industry
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, strong time-management skills, and able to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in coordinating across teams and agencies and managing multiple invoices simultaneously
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
