Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and target relevant KOLs/influencers for partnerships aligned with brand objectives and audience profiles.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Lead negotiations on contracts, compensation, and campaign terms with KOLs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, content, legal) to ensure smooth campaign execution and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in KOL/Influencer acquisition or management. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required, with a minimum HSK Level 5 certification preferred
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results.
- Willingness to be based in the SCBD area.
