What You’ll Do:
- Identify, source, and approach potential KOLs/creators who align with TikTok Go ecosystem
- Conduct outreach and recruitment of new KOLs through various channels (DM, email, agency, community, etc.)
- Pitch TikTok Go opportunities and value propositions to attract new creators to join the platform
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new KOLs, including registration, activation, and initial setup
- Ensure new KOLs understand platform mechanics, campaign flow, and basic content guidelines
- Support early activation of newly acquired KOLs by guiding them to join beginner-level campaigns
- Monitor initial performance and engagement during the early onboarding phase
- Identify early drop-off risks in new KOLs and coordinate with relevant teams for re-engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for newly acquired KOLs during their early journey
- Work closely with Acquisition, Admin, Campaign, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation process
- Gather early-stage feedback from new KOLs to improve acquisition strategy and onboarding experience
- Support community-building efforts to strengthen new KOL activation and participation
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL acquisition, talent acquisition, digital marketing, or agency environment
- Strong interest and experience in KOL/influencer ecosystem, creator economy, or community management
- Familiar with TikTok ecosystem, content creation, and campaign mechanics (TikTok Go experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills for outreach and recruitment
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with acquisition KPIs
- Able to identify and evaluate potential creators/KOLs based on platform needs
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
