Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for daily food preparation and cooking activities
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Support high-volume meal production
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a cook (industrial kitchen, catering, hotel, or restaurant)
- Have relevant cooking certification is preferred
- Good knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume food preparation
- Responsible, disciplined, and consistent in maintaining food quality and hygiene
