About the Role
You’ll be the connector that makes campaigns happen—from KOL selection and negotiations to tracking performance and managing budgets. This role blends communication, analytics, and strategic planning. If you enjoy organizing chaos, building relationships, and seeing campaigns go live flawlessly, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, shortlist, and manage KOLs and community partners for paid campaigns.
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and briefing processes with creators.
- Build campaign plans, timelines, and budget projections.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure campaigns are executed on time and on brand.
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare performance reports.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in campaign, partnerships, or influencer management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and budget tracking.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.
- Strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Bonus Points
- Existing relationships with KOLs or influencer agencies.
- Experience managing multi-platform campaigns (IG, TikTok, YouTube).
- Understanding of performance marketing or media buying.
