Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) from minimarkets, Ranch Market, and Chinese accounts.
Prepare daily PO recap reports and coordinate with the sales team.
Track outstanding transactions and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
Handle consignment and return administration.
Monitor PO tracking and allocation to support smooth business operations.

Kualifikasi

Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experienced in data entry and administrative tasks
Well-organized in document management and filing
Minimum high school/vocational high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
