Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing relationship with key accounts.
- Addressing customer's concerns and needs.
- Strategic Planning - Annual strategic planning with account ( JBP ), monthly performance review, distribution, expansion to deliver sales, revenue and profitability through collaborating with accounts
- Trading Terms annual negotiation
- In-store excellence execution in every aspect in offline retail
- Managing promotional budget in account
Kualifikasi
- Minimal of 3 years of experiences in KA / Offline retail sales ( Personal care / cosmetics / FMCG industries )
- Good communication skill
- Having existing relationship with modern trade account is a plus
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
- Data analytic skill is a must
