We are hiring: Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of Modern Trade Account key clients.
The position will also play a key role in understanding the client's business needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive growth and profitability.
This role will act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, coordinating with various internal teams to meet the client's needs and achieve company objectives.
The ideal candidate is someone who can play a crucial role in driving business success by ensuring that key clients are satisfied and their needs are met efficiently.
This position also requires a balance of strategic thinking, relationship management, and operational execution.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and negotiating plans which build shared value for our shoppers, customers, and company as well as maintaining and growing a long-term partnership with customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives.
- Preparing and managing yearly budget/business plan/P&L as well as strategically build customer collaborative partnership and contribute to joint business plans.
- Execute and monitor marketing program implementation as well as ensure all elements of agreement are executed as planned in order to achieve sales target volume and awareness, also evaluate or ensure marketing program effectiveness.
- Develop excellent working relationship with the customers National Modern Trade Account/Local Modern Trade Account and responsible for ensuring the implementation of the strategy/program that has been compiled to run in accordance with the provisions.
- Monitoring brand distribution and responsible for ensuring that all the administration related to execution of the program has been in accordance with provisions.
- Provide problem solving on issues arising during the implementation of the program in National Modern Trade Account/Local Modern Trade Account.
- Own end-to-end performance of assigned MT accounts such as sales, margin, execution quality, relationship, etc.
- Build a great pipeline of new LMTI/MT and onboard 3-4 every month.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business, Marketing Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in national MT/LMT Project Manager, key account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, project development & new account acquisition.
- Familiarity with Modern Trade/Local Modern Trade Channel is compulsory.
- Strong understanding of trading terms, sales processes, and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experienced in dealing with purchasing, buyer, & procurement.
- Native fluency in Bahasa, fluent in English.
