- Love to create a monthly plan for channel execution, including content and budgeting, to support the achievement of sales targets for each channel.
- Analyze and compare the strategies and successes of competitors for each brand on different channels to gather ideas and assess performance.
- Able in managing and setting prices for regular sales, discounted sales, and flash sales, as well as Product Detail Pages (PDP) and Landing Pages, using analysis to drive channel growth.
- Run internal advertisements and collaborate with channel teams, marketing communication teams, and agencies to promote channel growth.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive channel reports that include analysis, insights, summaries, and recommendations based on objective and substantial information to evaluate channel performance.
- Manage and oversee marketing activities, including Online Beauty Specialist (OBS) plans and livestreaming processes, and commission payments to ensure content relevance and adherence to standards.
- Control operational costs for the channels to ensure they align with established standards.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing Communication
- 3 - 4 years working experience in E-commerce Channel, Beauty Industry, or Retail
- Good understanding in e-commerce internal ads
- Have ability in Data Analysis, Ms Office (Excel), and Magento Software
