  • Account Management Support
  • Assist the Key Account Manager in managing assigned modern trade and key retail accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational matters, including orders, deliveries, stock levels, and in-store execution.
  • Business Development & Sales Execution
  • Execute joint business plans (JBP) and promotional programs with retail partners to achieve sales, volume, and market share targets.
  • Support in preparing proposals, pricing negotiations, and promotional deals aligned with brand and trade marketing strategies.
  • Track sales performance vs. target and provide regular updates with insights to the Key Account Manager.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (trade marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution of promotions, product launches, and replenishment.
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and stock levels across key accounts to minimize OOS (out-of-stock) situations and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage trade spend budget allocation at store/account level, ensuring ROI and compliance with company policies.
  • Data & Reporting
  • Analyze account performance data, generate sales and promotional reports, and highlight risks/opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, agreements, and promotional calendars.
  • Collaboration & Growth
  • Build trust-based partnerships with buyers, store managers, and key stakeholders to drive long-term collaboration.
  • Work cross-functionally to support innovation launches and brand campaigns in the trade environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Key Account or Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG, Beauty, or Retail industries.
  • Strong knowledge of modern trade operations, retail promotions, and account management practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a growth mindset.

Rahasia Fragrance is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Key Account Executive to support our Key Account Manager in managing and growing relationships with modern trade, specialty retail, and key distribution partners. This role is critical in executing account strategies, ensuring flawless day-to-day operations, and driving sales performance across assigned channels.
