Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mencapai Target sales yang sudah di tentukan oleh Manegemen.
- Melalukan kontrol semua Jobdesc tim yang ada di bawah nya ( Operasional )
- Melakukan kontrol terhadap reseller yg menjadi customer Channel nya.
- Membangun relationship dengan reseller dan all outlet coverage
- Membuat Plan promosi baik
- Melakukan kontrol terhadap proses klaim promo dan Sewa di channel Reseller
- Break down target sales dan Distribusi di channel reseller
- Melakukan sebaran distribusi brand di channel reseller
- Melakukan kontrol terhadap penjualan reseller disemua platform market place.
- Melakukan kontrol terhadap AR dan Stok produk di reseller
- Memastikan Branding di semua akun reseller di market place sesuai dengan standard.
- Membuat Plan penyelesaian setiap masalah di Channel reseller
- Melakukan kontrol terharap budget yg diberikan oleh managemen
- Melakukan analisa market utk membuat plan pengembangan channel
- Memiliki relation yg baik dengan outlet reseller dan GT ( Off line & On line )
- Mengetahui/Menguasai market Beauty industri ( Off line & On line )
- Mampu membuat Analisa dan Plan stragtegic
- Memiliki Leadership yg baik
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Mampu melakukan visit ke area utk random check dan membangun relationship dengan Relasi
- Memiliki semangat utk melakukan pengembangan sales di channle yg di cover
Kualifikasi
- Experienced in reseller handling at least 2 years
- Experienced in beauty & skincare products
- Experienced with marketplace system (Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, etc)
- Good verbal and written communication
- Experienced with wholesales
- Berpengalaman di beauty industri
- Berengalaman pegang Reseller dan Channel GT ( Off line & On line )
- Good Communication skill
