Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the exclusive importer and distributor of K18 and ghd in Indonesia
We're looking for a Key Account Specialist who loves seeing products move, both on the shelf and on screen. Someone ready to run our modern trade accounts and e-commerce stores end to end, helping two of the world's most iconic beauty brands, K18 & ghd, grow across Indonesia.
This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys owning the details across both worlds: getting product listed, campaigns live, stock moving, and sell out climbing, whether in a retail store or on a marketplace.
What You'll Do
- Manage modern trade accounts end to end across Sephora, Sociolla, Guardian, and other retail partners, covering sell in, sell out, campaigns, and stock movement.
- Run our e-commerce stores end to end, keeping storefronts, listings, pricing, and product content fresh, accurate, and on brand across every marketplace.
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promos, and bundling to grow online sales, and refresh storefront visuals in line with running campaigns.
- Track performance across both modern trade and e-commerce, read the sales data, spot what's working, and flag stock or replenishment needs early.
- Help open and grow new modern trade accounts as we expand into more retail channels.
- Coordinate with Brand & Marketing so every campaign and asset you need is ready, on brand, and aligned to platform specs.
- Work closely with Modern Trade SAs and promoters to make sure execution on the ground matches the plan.
Kualifikasi
You're The Right Fit If You
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business, or a related field.
- Bring at least 2 to 3 years of experience across modern trade, key account, or e-commerce, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle.
- Have real exposure to modern trade accounts (Sephora, Sociolla, Guardian, and similar).
- Know how to run e-commerce platforms and marketplace campaigns end to end, from listings and content to promos, and can read sales data to make decisions.
- Are confident in negotiation and communication, and comfortable enough in English to work with brand partners.
- Are detail oriented, well organized, and thrive in a fast moving environment where you see things through to execution.
